Displays current call, including caller ID, call duration and call state.

Guides on Making Conference Calls
The Conference Station 7937 allows you to combine three or more separate calls into one conversation so as to create a conference call. Steps: 1. Receive the first incoming call party, or you can initiate the conference call by calling the first conference party. 2. Add the second conference party by pressing [more] soft-key and then [Confrn] soft-key. 3. Enter the second conference party’s extension or external number. When the call is established, press [Confrn] soft-key again. 4. Repeat step 1-3 to add additional parties.
* Only the conference call initiator can add or remove any parties in a conference call.

FAQ
1. What to do if I call to a busy line when adding a conference party? You should press [End Call] soft-key to stop calling the busy line, and then [Resume] soft-key to get back to the parties on hold first. After that, you can add another conference party if necessary. 2. How do I know who is invited to a conference call? You can check the invites parties by pressing [List] soft-key and use Navigation buttons (Up/Down buttons) to navigate the conference list. The conference call initiator will be marked with “ * ”. 3. Can I make conference call with international calls? Current IP Phone System does not support internal calls. You need to use your department calling call to place international conference calls.

Wait for answer and announce caller.

Press Trnsfr to transfer the call or press End

the first caller.
Transfer to Voice Mail
1.
Press TrnsfVM.
2.
Enter the recipient’s extension number and
press TrnsfVM again.
Forward All Calls
1.
Press the CFwdALL. You will hear a
confirmation beep.
2.
Dial the number to which you want to forward
all of your calls.
3.
Press the pound key (#).
The phone display will be updated to show
that the call is forwarded.
4.
To cancel call forwarding, press the CFwdALL
soft key.
Place a Conference Call
1.
During a call, press more and then Confrn to
open a new line and put the first party on hold.
2.
Place a call to another number.
3.
When call connects, press Confrn again to add
the new party to the existing call with the first
party.
Ad Hoc Conference Call
1.
From a connected call, press Confrn. (press the
more soft key to see Confrn.)
2.
Enter the participant’s phone number.
3.
Wait for the call to connect.
4.
Press Confrn again to add the participant to
your call.
5.
Repeat to add additional participants.
